Ms. Manisha Dharia, daughter of late Shri Kelkar, joined the firm as a partner.

After death late Shri Kelkar, Satej Dharia, his son-in-law joined the firm.
Expanded into valuations for retail housing finance
Late Shri Kelkar’s son Abhijit Kelkar joined the firm, started consulting for MHADA
